A while ago I was asked to create some images for actress Debbie Honeywood. These would be used for her IMDb page/card. Debbie’s the lead actress in the new Ken Loach film “Sorry We Missed You”. And if you follow the news from the recent Cannes Film Festival, it’s tipped to be another great Ken Loach film. Don’t take my word for it, look it up on the web.
The images needed to be natural with a bit of character, so a simple approach was the plan and also (as usual) to have a bit of a laugh.
For the gearheads: Nikon D4, 85mm f1.8, a big soft light for inside and a joke book from 1978 for an update to my usual jokes!
At this point I’d usually say good luck with the film, but to be honest, I’m not sure they’ll need that from me!
