For those of you that are keeping in touch, you will have noticed I have a new website, which I’m really, really pleased with. As we all know, being online and staying connected is now more important than ever.
With all the work that’s gone in to the new site, I couldn’t help but look back at the old website. Apart from the obvious, I’ve looked and lived with the old design for quite a while. I was really happy with the last one, and indeed, all the websites I’ve ever had, but, everything can’t stay the same for ever and I decided it was time for a change.
The thing that has surprised me most, was just how long I’ve actually been posting to the old blog. Usually, I posted once a month, coinciding with the regular “Shot of the Month” (please send me your email to michaelbaisterphotography@gmail.com if you wish to be included). Every now and then, I’d post two uploads per month! Sometimes there would be three, then four and eventually the dizzying heights of five – yes five uploads – per month! I didn’t think I’d have that much to say. Keep your comments to yourselves! So now it’s transformed into the Journal (sounds a bit posh).
The changes we’re seeing due to the coronavirus are having a massive impact on the way the economy and society is functioning, our health and wellbeing. We are currently all adapting the way we work and interact with each other, the best way we can, and to come through this stronger.
I hope everyone is staying safe and I’ll hopefully see you all soon – even if it’s via the web!
