Here’s a nice little upbeat number from a recent project. A bank of images were created for Beyond Partners, a new company with a refreshing take on HR and marketing based in Team Valley Trading Estate in Gateshead.
The images were for use across web, social media and print. Three locations were chosen to provide a contemporary and professional style. The backgrounds needed to be soft – the focus clearly on Sally and Maxine, the co-founders of Beyond Partners.
Long lenses were used on this one (not the 500mm mirror lens – see previous Journal upload for that one). We used all Nikons, the 70-200mm f2.8, 300mm f2.8, 85mm f1.8 and the 24-70mm f2.8 mainly at the long end!
Anyhow, never mind all the techie, boring stuff, a word from Sally at Beyond Partners.
”As we’re starting out on our business journey, developing a strong brand has been number one on our list of priorities. We are on a mission to support SME businesses to achieve more through their people and their brand with a philosophy that’s built on creating authentic and meaningful touchpoints for employees and customers throughout their journey with an organisation. So, having worked with Michael in the past, when our creative partner, David Whitfield at Infinite… suggested we use him again for our photography we were confident we would be happy with the result.
We’re not big fans of having our photos taken but Michael’s relaxed approach helped us to enjoy the shoot and our bank of Beyond Partners photos have the natural-look we were aiming for.”
