Waterfall, if you can remember a previous upload about a waterfall I was hoping to visit many moons ago, well here’s another go. If you follow some of this there’s a lot of water in the images I create for fun, I like the idea of compressing time in a single image (more of this explained in last months upload) I find it interesting.
First image and BTS is at Staverley and the second is at Hamsterley Forest, so as usual (the BTS in a left to right fashion) this is what the waterfall looked like, my decided position, bag of choice a lowe pro 300 I think, Filter bag with polariser pouch, behind the camera, what’s in the bag Nikon D800e, 28 and 35 PC lenses, 24 and 45 PCE lenses, spare batteries, hoodman loupe, timer camera release and a Benro tripod with Manfrotto geared head. The image was created by using a Lee Superstoppa 10 stop nd filter a 105mm polariser, and a hard 2 stop grad to make the top of the image darker, more info on use of filters here.
Seeya soon.
